Remeni is currently in beta. Our full Terms of Service are being developed alongside the product and will be published in complete form before any public launch. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge that the app and its policies are still under active development.
Access to Remeni during the beta period is provided on an invitation-only basis. Beta access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time without notice. Features, functionality, and any associated data may change significantly between the beta and the final product.
By using Remeni during the beta, you agree to provide feedback when requested and to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We take your privacy seriously. During beta testing, we collect limited personal information — including your email address and usage data — to improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Remeni LLC and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the beta product — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury.
All content, branding, code, and materials within Remeni are the intellectual property of Remeni LLC. During the beta period, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of Remeni without written permission.
Because Remeni is in active development, these terms may be updated at any time. We will notify beta users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The final Terms of Service will be presented for explicit acceptance before any paid or publicly available version of Remeni is released.
